After raising 3 beautiful children, as a single Mom in the Midwest, I moved to Arizona in 2018 with my wonderful son.

I have enjoyed gardening and landscape design, starting at a very young age with my mother.  They are some of my most precious memories. 

I continued gardening and landscape design then evolved to hardscape and outdoor living areas for my 3 homes in Illinois.  Starting with a blank slate when I purchased my home in Arizona, together with my son, I, again, created our own Little Piece of Paradise.

I enjoyed 20 years as a Paralegal and continued with my career in the legal field until reaching my goal of working with the Federal Judicial System.  Then it was time for a change and my focus was utilizing my other strengths in business which were Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, and as Operations Manager which I did until I achieved my goals set.  With my son urging and cheering me on, I embraced my passion and dreams of creating Custom Landscape and Hardscape Designs full time and I started my business “Little Piece of Paradise”.

I have had the honor and pleasure over the years to work with wonderful friends, neighbors, residential homeowners, Landscape Contractors, Pool Contractors, General Contractors, investors, and commercial property owners in creating unique and custom designs.  It has truly been a wonderful journey.

I look forward to creating custom designs for landscape, hardscape, pools with landscape, and outdoor living areas for many years to come, as my mission is to assist my clients to obtain their own “Little Piece of Paradise”.

• We will take photos and/or measurements during our meeting

• You determine if you need a visual aid or custom design created 

  • We create your custom design and notify you to schedule a presentation

  • We review the design options and make any necessary revisions

• We create an estimate based upon your approved design and schedule your installation

Your Questions Answered.....

How long will it take to create a customized design?

This will depend upon the size and scope of the project, along with the number of items involved.  We can typically have your design ready for review within 7 - 10 business days.

Do you charge for the Landscape Design?

Yes, we do charge for all Custom Landscape Designs.  

The fee is a flat fee based upon the size of the scope of work.

We offer a credit for a portion of the design if we complete the installation, which is received on the final balance due.

Can we just request the Custom Landscape Design?  We want to DIY the work.

Absolutely!  We will happily create your custom design.

We will also provide you with a plant guide or an additional aerial view upon request for a reduced fee.

Do you provide services without a Design?

Of course we do!  We provide all paver installation, concrete installation, landscape installation, hardscape installation, water feature installation and more, as we have a team of licensed contractors who collaborate on our projects.

What if I have Champagne Taste but a Beer Budget?

We design within your budget and make recommendations accordingly.  

What is the average to install a new backyard?

We have client projects that range from $500,000 installations to clients with $5,000 - $10,000 installations. 

A typical average new build ranges from $12,000 - $25,000 depending on your "Wish List" and the materials selected.

We can assist you with planning your project in stages or all at once.

How soon do you start the installation?

We schedule your installation upon receipt of the deposit and signed contract.  We can typically begin installation within 2 - 3 weeks.
